- Request certain restrictions or confidential communications.
- Receive an accounting of certain disclosures.
- Receive a paper or electronic copy of the complete Notice of Privacy Practices.
- File a complaint without retaliation.
Before services begin
The complete notice—including effective date, privacy contact, complaint instructions, and details about permitted uses and disclosures—will be provided through the secure intake process before treatment begins.
