Location matters
You must be physically located in the state where Ella is licensed at the time of each appointment. Your location will be confirmed as part of virtual care.
Before your first session
Once the secure scheduling system is available, prospective clients will be able to request an appointment and receive next-step information through the client portal. Eligibility, clinical fit, consent, technology, privacy, payment, and emergency-planning details will be reviewed before services begin.
Privacy
Choose a private location and a stable internet connection whenever possible. Do not use ordinary email to send detailed health information.
